The most magical of times
We don’t know where to begin to thank you all for the most magical of times. The past few days have truly been the most special for our family. It was the first time Casey and Cullen had been on safari or to Africa and they now refuse to leave — the sign of an amazing place!
You have taken such good care of each and every one of us and made us feel so at peace and happiness. The serenity of the plains, majesty of the animals, magic of the animal sounds and most importantly the people of Ishara – you are truly the best in the world. We will be back! A sparkling jewel
This place is a sparkling jewel in the middle of the Masai Mara. The facilities and staff are extraordinary and everyone has taken such good care of us. Listening to everyone’s stories of their life journeys has been inspiring. We love this place!

The most wonderful family vacation
This was the most wonderful family vacation with our adult children. The rooms are gorgeous, the food is amazing but most importantly the staff were incredible. Our bags did not make it amongst our travel woes and they helped us out tremendously.
They had a beautiful shop where we each bought a replacement outfit but they also gave us shirts to wear with our clothes. So, so kind. The photo studio services were fantastic — they lent us better cameras than we brought and helped us to edit the photos and save them, print them etc. Our guide knew the park like the back of his hand and was kind, funny and incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife. We hope to get an opportunity to return to Kenya and I would definitely go back to Ishara Mara

A true highlight
We spent 3 days at Ishara. This was a true highlight of our 2-week trip to Kenya and Uganda. The food, the accommodations, the staff, and the location were just wonderful. We were hosted to special sundowners at the fire pit and dinner on the observation deck. This place is a must.
