The hippos are bellowing, the lions roaring, and the ostriches dancing. The Mara, and our team at Ishara, are excited for your visit. But before you zip up your luggage and grab your travel gear, we’d like to get to know you a little better.

Does anyone in your party have food or beverage allergies, and if so, to what?

Does anyone have food restrictions? For example, vegetarian, vegan, eggless, low salt, low fat, gluten free, halal, etc.

Any absolute musts in terms of your daily foods, like "I can't start my day without..." or "I can't go to bed without having..."?

Tell us what kinds of alcoholic beverages you most enjoy: wine, beer, spirits, cocktails?

What will you be using to take photographs, a smartphone or a camera? Standard lens or high zoom?

What's your level of photography experience: I point and click, I'm fairly expert on Instagram, I've taken lots of courses?

Which photography skills would you like help with: framing a shot, capturing live action, editing, printing, or would you like it all?

Along with photographing our exceptional wildlife, would you like to have a photoshoot of you on safari or practice any portraiture photography, for example of your travel companions or family members?

Would you like to arrange any spa treatments, a tour of the camp, or excursions such as a hot air balloon?

Any celebrations we should be aware of, such as birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, graduations, honeymoon, etc.?

At Ishara, we pride ourselves on our discretion. Beyond our standard procedures, are there any additional security or privacy issues we should be aware of?
